She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Martin and Lucy Lee Carter Martin; her husband Willie Frank "Billy" Shaffer; her grandson Chad Shaffer; her great grandchild Blake Welch; and her brothers, Timmy Martin and Jake Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Shaffer (Barbara), Frank Shaffer (Abby), Karen Stewart (Jay) and Keith Shaffer (Robin); her siblings, Robin Biggs (Donnie) and Mike Martin (Charlene); her sister-in-law Pat Martin; her grandchildren, Jackie, Chastity, Kela, Toni, Billie Rae, Lesley and Samantha; and her great grandchildren, Tana, Damon, Bailey, Chase, Lucy, Gage, Charlie and Jacob.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and face coverings are encouraged.
