Moore (Frank) of Mayodan, NC, Nannie P. Welch of Mayodan, NC, Sandra J. Welch (Dennis) of Mayodan, NC, Calvin E. Phillips, Jr. (Willa Mae) of Greensboro, NC, Stanley A. Phillips (Ella Jean) of Mayodan, NC, James M. Phillips of Mayodan, NC, Garfield Summers (Verona) of Cleveland, OH and Ronnie Summers (Della) of Cleveland, OH; her sisters-in-law, Diane Stackhouse Hall (Douglas), Darlene Stackhouse Byrd (Steven) of Wentworth, NC and Bashira Halim (Tamula) of Winston-Salem, NC; her godchildren, Khyah Lenette Strange of Eden, NC and Jeremiah Jordan Stackhouse of Kernersville, NC; her cousins, Charlotte G. Cress of Mayodan, NC, Melissa P. Dunlap of Madison, NC and Olympia P. Strange of Eden, NC; and her close friend Mae Martin of Mayodan, NC. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to COVID-19, a private service will be held Friday, April 17th at the Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel, a part of Perry & Spencer Funeral Home in Madison, NC.
