We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2021, at the age of 98, Estelle Knight Gunter (Madison, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Knight and Lillie Hutcherson Knight; her husband John Ewell Gunter; and her siblings, Robert, Lowell, Hunter, Frank, Earl Knight, Nannie Plaster, Gracie Knight, Kate Coleman, Laura Clifton, Irene Williams and Sue Knight.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Foxy Pulliam of Madison. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to New Life Baptist Church, 1201 Bald Hill Loop, Madison, NC 2025 or to Hospice of Rockingham County, PO Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375.
