He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Shelton Martin. He is survived by: his children, Michael Martin (Cindy) of Madison and Kimberly Martin Wigington (Steve); his grandchildren, Lori Smith (Scott) of Madison, Lindsay Hazlip (Jason) of Madison and Lance Martin of Madison; his great grandchildren, Colby Smith, Karsyn Hazlip and Cohen Hazlip; and his significant other Winona Cardwell.
