He is survived by: his wife Ann Case Clark; his son David Alan; his daughter-in-law Teresa Myrick Clark; his daughter Deborah Clark Purdy; his grandchildren, Joshua Eric Purdy, Samantha Clark Leatherwood (Michael), Amanda Dawn Clark, Mikayla Clark Ziglar and Christopher Alan Clark; his great grandchildren, Noah and Rachael Leatherwood; and his brother Bobby Clark.
