He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Frisby and Carlene Frisby; and his son Shane Frisby. He is survived by: his wife Pam Frisby; his son Frank "Lin"; his daughter-in-law Nancy Frisby of Raleigh; his daughter DeeAnn; his son-in-law Chris Rasco of Easley, SC; his grandchildren, Jessie, Leigha, Payton Frisby, Braeden and Alyssa Rasco; and his sisters, Susan Whitt (Jerry) and Rosa Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Duke Health in support of the Palmer Lung Transplant Research Fund.
