She was predeceased by: her parent Gus Bailey; her husband Fred Ramsey; and her brother Vaughn Bailey. She is survived by: her parent Jane Doan Bailey; her children, Wanda DeHart, Donna Ramsey (Owen Slagle) and Eddie Ramsey (Connie); her siblings, Edna Robinson, Joyce Bailey and Morris Bailey; her grandchildren, Donald DeHart, Brett DeHart, Amanda Ball, Samantha Ball, Dustin Ramsey and Austin Ramsey; and her great grandchildren, Dakota DeHart, Alexis Harris, Destiny Ball and Miley Waldroup.
