It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hallie Beaver Hotler of Madison, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee Beaver and Lillian M. Adkins Beaver; her daughter Sonja Smothers Gunn; her half-brother Francis Hill Saunders; and her siblings, Paul Taylor Beaver, Sr., James Elwood Beaver, Thomas E. Beaver and Ethel Lee Smothers.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Keith Gunn, Derek Gunn (Jelita), Roman Gunn and Farrah Frazier (Brent); her great grandchildren, Lucas Gunn, Jessie Taylor, Ian Gunn, Danielle, Colbie Frazier, Brian Mayton and Brandy Dennison; her great great grandchildren, Rylan and Brooklyn Mayton; and her son-in-law Donald Gunn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and face coverings are encouraged.
