She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Gardner, Jr.; her nephew Horace Hollifield, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Lee Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Pealer Poore (Jacinda Pratt), Georgianna Gardner and Cody Meeks; her granddaughters, Brittany Poore, Maevyn Meeks, Abigail Jeter and Kaylen Jeter; her siblings, Harold Hollifield (Pat), Horace Hollifield (Barbara) and Helen Williams; her friend Maude Stamper; her close friends, Linda Lett and Teresa Hill; Patsy Villani, Rodney Poore and Bo Carr.
