He is survived by: his wife Mae Belle Thornton; his daughter Glenda Gonzales; his stepson Ricky Craddock (Tina); his siblings, Clyde Leo Thornton and Nancy Lee Hazelwood; and his grandchildren, Andrea Womack, Crystal Oxdine, Chris Mabe, Sarah DuPont, Jesse Craddock, Rebecca Craddock and Shae Medzveliya.
