With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack David Simmons (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on February 1, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Simmons and Ardis Colleen Cox Simmons; and his sister Ardis Lee Holt. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Simmons; his daughters, Pamela Mabe and Deinna Pegram of Westfield; and his siblings, Ricky Simmons (Ruby) of Danbury, Pamela Kay Reynolds of Westfield and Verlie A. Griffin of Pinnacle.
