He was predeceased by: his parent Cash Phillips; his siblings, Irene Harris and Edward Phillips; and his brothers-in-law, Vance Harris and Ernest Cody.
He is survived by: his parent Dessie Tipton Phillips; his wife Kathleen Davis Phillips; his sons, David Phillips (Dana) and Mark Phillips; his siblings, Dorothy Cody and Robert Phillips (Bernice); his siblings-in-law, Walter Eugene Davis and Shelby Jean Phillips; and his grandchildren, Kyle Phillips (Kaitlyn) and Carson Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
