He is survived by: his wife Jean Smith Bullins; his children, Tony Bullins (Michelle), Jonathan Bullins (Jenny), Lisa Bullins and Jennifer McClain (Mark); his sisters, Gay Bullins and Cathy Oliver (Billy); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Noe and Donna Jones. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
