He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Thomas "Preacher" Justice; and his brother Charles Justice. He is survived by: his parent Mattie Sue Lawson Justice; his wife Debbie Harrison Justice; his children, Johnathan Adam Justice (Mary) and Amanda Adkins (Buddie); his grandchildren, Kyndall Waters, Nathaniel Adkins and Harrison Justice; and his siblings, Tommy Justice, Kenneth Justice (Lisa), Jackie Wheaton (Jim), Lue Anne Summers and Ada Stowers (Gene). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
