It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wade Fuquay (Madison, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Garrett Fuquay and Minnie McBride Fuquay; and his brother Raymond Fuquay. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Frazier Fuquay; his stepdaughter Lynne Moorefield; his sister Rachel Dunagan (Darryl); and his nieces, Mindi Patterson, Darla Page and Ashley Doyle.
Due to COVID-19 and weather conditions, the funeral service will be limited to family only.
