She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Ziglar and Mary Ziglar; her grandmother June; her children, William Andrew Carter, Jr. and Geraldine Martin; her siblings, Hester Moore, Mary Francis Webster, Benjamin and Otto Brim; her grandchildren, Alice Mae Anderson, William Carter and Haywood Anderson, Jr.; her son-in-law Winslow Welch, Jr.; her great grandchild Jaylyn Welch; her daughter Mary Alice Craddock; her grandchildren, Mike Carter (Teresa), Teresa Anderson (Johnny), Fonda Welch, Dexter Welch, Travis Welch, Tracy Mills (Terry), Phyllis Martin, Allen Martin and William A. Carter, III; Elder Joe Scales and Penny. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and special friends.
