She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Austin Nelson and Lettie Sue Holt Nelson; and her husband Hubert Clay "Hunky" Whitten. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Whitten (Faye) and Mark Whitten; her grandchildren, Donna Goins, Adam Whitten, Aleta Whitten, Joseph Whitten and Jessie Whitten; her great grandchildren, April Goins of Cassandra Goins, J. T, Dawson Whitten, Codie Hazelwood, Katie Hazelwood, Alex Whitten, Abby Whitten, Justin Fain, Brandon Fain, Austin Fain and D. J. Fain; her great great grandchildren, John Turner, Jr., Ariel Clarke, Isabella Clarke, Emma Grubb and Brixton Goins; and her close friend Jane Charleville. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
