He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee O'Neal and Ruth Steele O'Neal; and his brother Claude "Tinky" O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Donna Morton O'Neal; and his siblings, Mary Ruth Matherly of Madison, Bobby O'Neal of Madison, Jack O'Neal of Mayodan and Ray O'Neal of Stoneville.
