He is survived by: his wife Nonnie Anderson Plummer of Troutdale; his children, Justin Plummer (Angie) of Marion and Alison Plummer Blevins of Galax; his grandchildren, Hayden, Blake Blevins, Colton, Corbin and Kendall Plummer; his siblings, Roger Plummer (Lorraine) of Troutdale, Bob Plummer (Missy) of Troutdale, Colene Plummer of Troutdale, Ellen Brewer (Ray) of Troutdale, Pat Mooney (Bill) of Madison, NC, Darlene Marshall of Madison, NC and Ruth Harvey (Dan) of Woodbine, GA; Daniel Payne of Galax. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
