He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Justice and Ruth Corns Justice; and his grandchild Tristian Moore. He is survived by: his wife Joy Justice; his children, Kevin Justice (Lynnette), Tara Moore (Gary), Joshua Justice (Cassie) and Heather Sizemore (Anthony); his grandchildren, Isabellea, Fulks, Hayden Justice, Liam Moore, Addalyn Justice and Olivia Jean "Poppy" Sizemore; his siblings, Dean Justice (Susan) and Sandra "Shot" Cox (Donnie); his siblings-in-law, David and Beverly Groseclose; his siblings' children, Misty Jo Lunsford (Patrick), Krystle Destafino (Joe), Denise Justice, Crystal Cook, Eddie Justice and Alexander Groseclose; Jean Donaldson, Pat Shipley, Eileen Duffy, Patty Carlton, Kimberly Koonts and Scott Groseclose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
