She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Bill Chase and Henry Lake. She is survived by: her children, Linda Chase of Madison and Bill Chase of New York; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jerry, John and Milynda; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Jaxon. She is also survived by two sisters and four brothers.
