He was predeceased by: his siblings, Manley, Nancy, Susan and Vera. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Johnson; his children, Steve (Heidi), Mark (Heather) and Kristy (Steven); and his sister Sheila. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
