She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Wesley Payne and Annie Laura Plummer Payne (Mamma Payne); and her sister Betty Coleman (Adell). She is survived by: her husband William Lacy Payne; her children, Malinda Low, Laura "Laurie" Ring, Ronald "Ron" Lee and Timothy "Tim" Payne (Martha); her siblings, Paul Payne (Ellen), Joel "Joe" Payne, Sr. (Carol) and Frances Tate; and her grandchildren, David "Trey" Low, Caroline Low, Isabella Lee, Sofia Lee, Edwin "Win" Ring, Leah Ring, Timothy "Tim" Payne, Jr. (Betsy), Andrew "Andy" Payne (Dasha) and Anna Robertson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
