He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley V. Freeman and Mary Adeline Richardson Freeman; and his siblings, Mary Leona Freeman Hanks, Esther Freeman Dalton, William, Odell, James, Wayne and Bobby Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Still Freeman; his children, Jewel F. Clark (Lonnie), Gerald W. Freeman, Avery G. Freeman (Susan) and Kathy F. Duncan (Lanny); his grandchildren, Donethia Clark, Dwaylon Clark, Timothy Freeman, Kevin Freeman, Jennifer Lamberth and Brandi Duncan; his great grandchildren, Katherine, Kaleb, Brianna, Hayley, Tyler, Zackary, Elijah, Jackson F., Parker, Greyson, Elizabeth, Jackson L., Judy, Ellie Mae and Seth; and his brothers, Fred Freeman, Tex Freeman and Thomas Freeman. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
