He is survived by: his wife Jean Fowler Payne; his children, Jason Payne (Christy) and Michelle Sams (Matthew); his grandchildren, Clayton, Jaron, Noah and Ethan; his siblings, Ethel Rathbone, Betty Roberts, Mary Worley (Billy), Joyce Gosnell (Leonard), Debbie Payne (Chris), Lee Payne (Edda) and Charles Payne (Peggy); and his sisters-in-law, Nina and Betty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
