He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his parents, Bill Clark and Jettie Juanita Turner Clark; and his siblings, Donnie Clark, Patty Pruitt and Sonda Hill.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Wayne Clark (Jennifer Clark); his stepdaughter Dawn Jones; his grandchildren, Aaron William Clark, Justin and Riley Keen; his stepgrandchildren, Makayla and Dylan Jones; and his siblings, Jimmy Clark, Billy Joe "Smokey" Clark (Carol), Debbie Fulp (Buddy), Gail Shaw (Jeff) and Brenda Clark (Jeff).
