She is survived by: her husband Virgil Wade Peters; her sons, Brad Kendrick (Milissa) and Virgil Brian Peters (Tabitha); her grandchildren, Joshua Bradley Kendrick, Stephanie Danielle Kendrick and Devin Peters; her siblings, Garland Lewis Sparks (Telesia), Garland Lee "G. L." and Marilyn Trottier (Louis Roldan); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Hart Sparks.
