It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonja Ann Smothers Gunn (Madison, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Donald Gunn; her children, Keith Gunn, Derek Gunn (Jelita), Roman Gunn and Farrah Frazier (Brent); her brother John Smothers (Caroline); her grandchildren, Lucas Gunn, Jessie Taylor, Ian Gunn, Danielle Frazier, Colbie Frazier, Brian Mayton and Brandy Dennison; and her great grandchildren, Rylan Mayton and Brooklyn Mayton.
