He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Dalton; and his brother Raymond Welch. He is survived by: his mother Ida E. Dalton; his daughter Ida Elizabeth Dalton; and his siblings, Charles Welch (Marvena), Susan Allen (Shawn), Lucy Barnes (Calvin), Tony Dalton, Tim Dalton Jessie Roberts (Jessica), Rebecca Blue, Janet Dalton (Glenn), John Dalton and Donna Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
