He is survived by: his daughter Pam Welch; his siblings, Clarice Wall, Ola Hairston, Curtis Oliver and Stella Oliver; his great-uncle William Bines (Virginia); his close friend Jeffrey Ford; Kevin and Miranda Knight. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
