He was predeceased by: his wife Susie Goins Plaster; and his half-brother Ronnie Ayers. He is survived by: his brother Tire Shop; his son William Dean Plaster, Jr (Marcie); his half-brothers, Donald Ayers (Shelia) of Midway and Michael Ayers of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Justin Plaster (Ashley) and China Plaster; and his great grandchildren, Adriana Plaster, Bentley Plaster and Emma Plaster.
