He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Eason Price II and Aundree Bryant Price; his wife Deborah Harris Price; his sons, William "Will" Eason Price IV (Ashley) of Burlington and Ryan Watson Price of Burlington; his stepsons, Christopher Carter (Stella) of Stoneville, Adam Carter (Adri) and David Carter of Madison; his siblings, Tim Price of Raleigh, Jeff Price (Jennifer) of Angier, Greg Price (Cheryl) of Willow Spring and Vicki Price of Mebane; and his grandchildren, Eason, Addie, Ellie, Evan, Nathan and Luka.
Due to COVID, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
