He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fuller; his children, Crystal Manley and Steven Manley; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Dakota and Maleigh; his sister Marie Glidewell; and his close friend Barbara Knight. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew.
