He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fisher Setzer and Clara Jane Dyer Setzer; his sisters, Marion Turner and Helen Hall; and his niece Jolene Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Noland (Michael), Shannon Horne (Jerry) and Joseph Fisher Setzer, III; his sister Lynn Setzer (Johnny Carpenter, Jr.); his grandchildren, Jacob Shelton (Brittany), Colby Shelton (Audi), Tyler Bradley, Brittany Bradley and Lisa Jones (Shane); his great grandchildren, Everett Shelton, Gabrial Jones and Whitleigh Jones; his niece Elizabeth Turner; and his nephew Frank Turner.
