It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert Sterling Jarrett of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roam Keiffer and Elizabeth Peeler Jarrett; his son Michael Allen Jarrett; his grandson Tyler Jarrett; and his brother John Keiffer Jarrett.

He is survived by : his sons, Kenneth Lynn Jarrett (Cathy) of Maiden and Donald Ray Jarrett (Robyn) of Newton; his wife Gayle Caldwell Jarrett; his grandchildren, Kory Lee Jarrett (Kristen) of Statesville, Taner Allen Jarrett (Holly) of Lincolnton and Casey Jarrett of Maiden; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Jarrett, Hunter Jarrett, Brooklyn Jarrett, Colton Jarrett and Avis Jarrett.
