It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenn David Goodson of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Goodson and Effie Williams Goodson; and his son David Goodson. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Goodson (Sharon) of Lincolnton and Glenda Hartsoe of Maiden; and his grandchildren, Brandon Goodson (Heather) of Brown Summit, Jordan Goodson (Chelsea) of Maiden, Barry Hartsoe (Tanya) of Conover, Jeffrey Hartsoe (Ashley) of Maiden, Bridget Thompson (Todd) of Maiden, Natalie Strait (Scott) of Maiden, Marcus Goodson (Kim) of Newton, Shane and Casey Goodson of Kings Mountain. He is also survived by 13 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
