She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cora Mae and Andrew Saint Claire Basnight of Manteo, NC; her siblings, Alford, Sarah Owens and Marc Basnight; her niece Lisa Hooper; her siblings, Saint Clair Jr., Dottie Fry and Sally Scarborough; her aunt Kay Sawyer; her brother-in-law Bobby Owens; her siblings' children, Eddie Alford, Kathy Urich, Hannon Fry, Claudia Harrington, Fields Scarborough, Sara Dee Wise, R. V. Owens, Vicki Basnight and Caroline Basnight; and her cousin Linda Harris.
In lieu of flowers, Della would most certainly want you to share a hug with those you love and perhaps make a donation to the Cora Mae Basnight Children's Ministry at Mount Olivet Methodist Church, Manteo, NC.
