He was predeceased by : his former life partner Margaret "Peggy" Williams; his parents, Charles Edward and Katy Norwood Norfleet; his aunt Grizzelle Mitchell Norfleet; his grandmother Norfleet Early; and his brother Norwood Smith Norfleet.
He is survived by : his wife Bethany; his daughters, Margaret Norfleet-Neff (Bill), Mary Walker Fry (Kirk) and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick Sugg (Russell); his stepchildren, Donald Gordon Elliot (Milah) and Laura Elizabeth Elliot (Jess); his grandchildren, Salem, Alix, James, Evie, Sarah, Brent and Wyatt; and his sister Molly Young Fuller. He is also survived by five nieces and four nephews.
