He was predeceased by : his father Mike Leo Rochelle; and his sister Audrey Rochelle. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Rochelle of Maple Hill; his children, Joseph Rochelle, Jr. (Ashley) of Maple Hill and Jennifer Powell (Chad) of Jacksonville; his mother Esther Black of Maple Hill; his siblings, Dwayne Rochelle of Maple Hill, Jimmy Rochelle of Maple Hill, Michael Rochelle of Maple Hill, Mel Kelly of Maple Hill and Kimberly Foy of Richlands; his grandchildren, Brianna Mullen (Kalueb), Lexi Powell and Gavin Rochelle; and his great grandchild Brantley Mullen.
