He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Justice and Bertha Ramsey Justice; his former wife Hazel Clay Justice; his son Chuck Justice; and his siblings, Hazel, Vera, Grace, Ruby, Ray, Ralph (Hugh, Jr.), Dolph and Africa (Germany).
He is survived by: his wife Nelma Effler Justice; his children, Harry Justice (Sue Pon), A. A. "Butch" Justice, Jr. (Vicki), Louis Justice, John Justice and Christy Lewis (Chuck); and his grandsons, Brenton and Tanner. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
