He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Reel, Sr. and Winnie Lail Reel. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Carter (Greg), Douglas Reel (Linda), Jean Owens, Johnny Reel (Donna) and Kathy Reel. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
