He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Sisk and Bessie Patton Sisk; and his siblings, Alvin Sisk, Maxine Allison and Sam Sisk.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Durkee Sisk; his children, Donna Elliott (Roger), Melissa Sigmon (Dennis) and Keith Sisk (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Amanda, Christopher, Jennifer, Justin and Cainnan; his siblings, Gladys Hudson, Della Burnette (Roy) and Jerry Sisk (Pam); and his close friends, Little Man, Lily and Poke. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
