He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spratt and Goldie Bailey Frances; and his brothers, Jimmy Spratt and Vondie "Dick" Spratt. He is survived by: his children, Sondra Marion (Alan) and Scott Spratt; his stepdaughter Kelly Laychak (Mike); his siblings, Shirley Strawn, Kathleen Harvey (Ron) and Rondel Spratt; and his grandchildren, Savannah Spratt, Stephen Spratt (Abbey), Lindsay Lynch (Branden), Brian Marion, Sean Laychak (Samantha), Marcus Laychak and Bridget Laychak.
