He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Latto and Lois Thompson Latto; and his sisters, Carol Latto and Lorrie Wong. He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Ballew; and his son Dave Latto Jr.. He is also survived by children, two grandchildren, and numerous step grandchildren.
