He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock H. Autrey and Nellie McMahan Autrey; his wife Kate Burnette Autrey; and his brother Jeter Autrey. He is survived by: his son Cliff Autrey (Tiny) of York, SC; his granddaughter Nikki McDaniel (Mike) of Marion, NC; his great grandchild John Michael McDaniel of Marion, NC; his siblings, Estella Foxx of Marion, NC, Dorothy Biddix of Busick, NC, Stuart Autrey (Doris) of Petersburg, VA, Johnny Autrey (Ann) of Hildebrand, NC and Jimmy Autrey (Brenda) of Burnsville, NC; and his friend Kelly Smith.
In lieu of flowers and food, those wishing to make a donation in Mr. Autrey's memory are asked to consider New Manna Christian School in honor of his beloved great-grandson, John Michael McDaniel, 225 East Court Street, Marion, NC 28752.
