He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kuykendall and Margaret Ledford Kuykendall; and his siblings, Ruby Kelley (Grady), Carl "Bill" Kuykendall, Vietnam Veteran and John McMahan.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Greer Kuykendall; his son John Kuykendall (Donna); his grandson Chris Kuykendall; and his sister-in-law Gladys L. Kuykendall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
