She is survived by: her children, David Boyd of Marion and Elizabeth Brinkley (Sam) of Marion; her stepson Bryan Hughes of Newland; her siblings, Doris Hughes (Dean) of Hickory and Ron Young of Newton; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Rebekah and Jessie Boyd.
