She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ted" Felix of Chattaroy and Thelma Felix Davenport of Chattaroy. She is survived by: her friend David; her husband David J. Goodman; her siblings, Mickey Rose, Lil Muncy (Lacy), Bobby Felix (Carolyn), Ronnie Felix, Johnny Felix and Tommy Felix (Victoria); and her children, Carolyn McIntosh (Jack), Sharon Goodman (Robert), David Goodman, Jr. and Steven Goodman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
On November 10, 2020, Ethel "Lou" Goodman (81) lost her battle with Parkinson's Disease and passed peacefully in her home where she retired in Marion, NC.
