She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Fred Lawing and Carrie Ellen Morgan Lawing; her husband Ernest Franklin; and her son Neil Franklin. She is survived by: her sons, Perry Franklin (Debra) and Freddie Franklin (Carla); her daughter-in-law Marie Franklin; and her grandchildren, Tess Porter (Dirk), Jody Franklin (Holly), Adam Franklin, Brad Franklin, Christy Franklin, Kyle Franklin (Allie) and Travis Franklin. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
