He was predeceased by: his father Frank Eli Webb, Sr.; his daughter Angela Dawn Webb; and his brother Gary Webb. He is survived by: his mother Ada Mae Watkins Willis; his wife Martha "Susie" Webb; and his siblings, Bobby Webb, Wanda Morgan (Gene) and Sandra Blake. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
